Over the years Intellitec have been involved with many Fire & Rescue vehicle projects, below we list just a few of the highlights, for more information or to discuss your projects with us, please do not hesitate to contact us.

London Fire

Having being set a challenging specification by London Fire, Intellitec was able to design & build a production prototype within 6 weeks. Such was the success of this project, Intellitec were asked to design another system to control the pumps on another 110 appliances for the same customer.

The electrical specification from London Fire was probably the most difficult we have ever had to work with, however, inside six busy weeks we had designed and built a production prototype to demonstrate to the customer that accomodated all their specification and wish list. Such was the success of this project, Intellitec MV were asked to design another system to multiplex the pump operation of another 110 appliances for London Fire.

Iveco Magirus

Perhaps the most complex project that Intellitec MV have under taken to date. This project was for a multipurpose fire appliance.

The requirement was for a full body electrical control system with many safety critical interlocks and timers. The project was challenging due to two main factors, one was the fact the vehicles were being built in Germany and the other was the tight timescales left for Intellitec MV to work within.

The project was brought to a very satisfying conclusion well within the required schedule by having Intellitec engineers in Germany working around the clock for 3 days.
