Our Process
1: Initial Briefing
Following any enquiry, we can meet with our clients face-to-face or remotely (via video conferencing) in order to discuss requirements and gather a range of key information.
2: The Proposal
Once we know what our clients are looking for, the Intellitec team will put pen to paper on generating the perfect ideas for your system requirements. We swiftly get back to our clients with a full proposal detailing project structure, including timescales and expected costs.
3: Confidentiality
At Intellitec, we recognise the importance of Intellectual Property (IP). Once we get the go-ahead for a project, we enter into non-disclosure agreements with all clients for bespoke systems. Our employees are also bound by non-disclosure agreements to ensure our clients’ intellectual property rights are protected.
4: Design & Develop
A critical path is created to capture all the design and development processes required to complete the project, including prototyping, testing and optimisation. Our team’s wealth of knowledge, alongside the latest software and hardware, ensures that we can get the best results possible for your system.
The critical path is reviewed at specific milestones which must be signed off before progressing to the next stage. This ensures that all parties are confident in the progression of the tasks in hand. It also guarantees clear lines of communication as we get closer to that all-important delivery date.
5: Deliver
At Intellitec, we always work hard to make sure your system is delivered on time and on budget. Once the systems are complete, they go through a rigorous process of quality testing and sign-off. We are proud to be ISO 9001 & 14001-2015 ISOQAR, UKAS Accredited.
6: Aftersales
We pride ourselves on our in-house technical support, alongside our remote field-based technical support. Our electrical engineers are on hand to help and advise on any issues. We keep detailed records of all of our systems to ensure we can support our customers for future aftersales of replacement parts.
